Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the reservation is free up to 10 days before the check-in date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, to be paid within 3 days of the booking date.
The balance must be paid at checkout.

Conditions of Stay

Check-in: from 15:30 to 18:30
Check-out: by 10:30
There is no tourist tax.
To allow for cleaning, we recommend that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 am.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
It is not permitted to prepare meals in the rooms.
It is not possible to host external people in the rooms or apartments.

Additional Information

Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge, while for children from 3 to 10 years old there is a supplement of €20 per night and for those from 11 to 14 years old of €30 per night. At the time of booking you will be asked to indicate the age range of the child to apply the correct rate.

Pets are welcome and can stay for free.

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building.

Bike rental and excursions are available on request, to better experience the surrounding area. If you wish to use these services, please let us know in advance.
